Hihi ♥. Well, as you all know, I had been baking on wednesday (yesterday, 12th Sept). Met up with ManJia to eat with Joshua and ZhiJun but I had to leave as I wasnt part of the sakae buffet course. So I went home first to get prepared and check which are the ingredients that I have to buy. So in the end I met up with ManJia again @ about 6. And bought the ingredients and started baking at around.. 7p.m. ? Baked till really long for the chocolate cake. It turned out really well and smooth, but the insides were not fully cooked, and so we had to pluck out the smooth coating and put it in the oven again. Then when it was done, it looked EXTREMELY UGLY. I had to say I was seriously freaking upset as this was the first time I was baking a cake for someone, and of course, I wanted it to be prfect but it turned out like shit. It was extremely tastly and delish, but damn the appearance like one shit. Sorry I didnt take a photo of it. Anyways, then we moved on to the baking of the cookies. The first batch failed @ about 11.3op.m. So I made another batch and it turned out well ! Just not crispy as expected though... Yummy ! Brought for all my dearest friends. Those I havent let try it yet : Angeline, Larissa, KenGuan, YewChong, JiaYi, etc. DAMN. Where are they ? Pictures below.
